This is Shay Carl. He’s my favorite youtuber, and he’s ideally the most awesome father figure I’ve ever witnessed through video. He creates humorous skits, on his Shaycarl channel, he vlogs himself and his family (a video every day) on another channel, the SHAYTARDS.
This was him about 1-2 years ago.
